This service provides you with your own personal assistant who can help you with grocery shopping, errand running, light housekeeping and other personal tasks.

Does insurance cover this?

Unfortunately, no. However, we offer reasonable and competitive rates. As a community resource, we do our best not to turn anyone away. However, we do offer payment plans and can work with you to provide the best care possible.

What if I don’t understand the paperwork?

Don’t worry; we do! We have over a decade of experience navigating the healthcare and community system, and we’ll be there for you every step of the way. Not only will we help you fill out all your paperwork, we’ll also make sure you understand the process, what you are signing, and what to expect after turning it in.

Will you provide me or my loved one with transportation?

Yes! We can even attend the appointment with you as well.

Are you a home health agency?

No, but we are insured, bonded and provide non-medical home care services.

Do you take control of my money?

No, we will work alongside you to make sure you have security, and your bills paid, timely and accurately. We will even assist you with budgeting, writing checks and negotiating medical bills.

Will you keep the information I provide private?

Yes. None of your information will be released without your written consent.

Do I need to provide the car?

No, we will provide transportation service in a LIV More vehicle.

Do I need additional insurance?

No, we are licensed, insured and bonded.
