Emily Loos, owner and CEO of LIV More and LIV Health


President and CEO

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), MSW, President/CEO of LIV Health; Master’s degree in Social Work from Colorado State University. Emily has over 16 years of experience in social work, including the areas of aging, crisis management, veteran services, Medicaid waiver programs, home care services, chronic care management, substance abuse treatment, grief and loss, and mental health counseling and treatment. Emily oversees daily operations.

Troy Loos, Chief Financial Officer for LIV More and LIV Health.


Chief Financial Officer

Troy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming. He has 15 years of experience in the field of finance, including auditing and budgeting. Troy was responsible for the preparation of a $200 million-plus biennium budget as well as assisting in the nearly $1.2 billion total biennium budget. He also supervised the daily, weekly and monthly budget reports. He now oversees the billing and daily financial operations of LIV Health.

CORI VRIJHOF Care Coordinator


Care Coordinator

Cori has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine. She has over 10 years of experience working with acutely mentally ill, aging, and disabled individuals. Cori promotes independence and positive self-esteem. She understands care planning, chronic disease, accessing care in the community, and working as a liaison. She’s also experienced in the areas of addiction, long-term care, and traumatic brain injuries. Cori serves the Cheyenne area.

Courtney has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Iowa State University. She has 10 years of design and customer service experience and is excited to be a part of the LIV Health Family. Courtney is originally from Iowa and loves spending time with her husband, 2 kids, and family.

Polli Bryant, Personal Concierge and Money Manager


Personal Concierge & Money Manager

Polli has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colorado Christian University and a paralegal certificate from Denver Paralegal Institute. She has worked as a paralegal for 25 years. Polli is very detail-oriented, organized and has good time and fiscal management skills. She provides personal concierge services and money management at LIV More.
